Katharine has been passionate about sports and keeping fit since living in Canada during her teens. Since then she has set and achieved her own sporting goals whilst also helping family and friends achieve their own.
Six marathons, a Kilimanjaro climb and various sea swims including a solo swim around Jersey (40 miles) later, Katharine set up KC Fitness to share her love for exercise and living a healthy balanced lifestyle. Because of her varied sporting background she can help a huge range of clients to achieve big things!
Katharine is a Personal Trainer in Tunbridge Wells and specialises in pre and post natal exercise. Katharine mainly does private sessions but also runs the Paddock Wood Bootcamp and Group PT sessions at Skinners' School. Using a variety of training including HIIT, TRX and Kettlebells to name a few, Katharine is kitted out with mobile equipment so that training sessions can be in your home or outdoors, saving you time and training in a familiar environment.

Paddock Wood Bootcamp 5 sessions a week of bodyweight, kettlebells and cardio workouts lasting 45 minutes at the Green Lane recreation ground, Paddock Wood.
Group PT sessions run every Tuesday evening at Skinner's School private gym in 6 week blocks. Read more about these sessions here.

Katharine specialises in pre and post natal exercise and also has qualified in training women who are perimenopausal and beyond. Katharine is also a Cancer rehabilitation exercise specialist and runs Cancerfit alongside KC Fitness.
