5 Week challenge 

This is NOT a ‘drop a dress size’ challenge, this IS a chance to change bad habits and focus on movement and how to fit it in around work and family life effectively.

 

For 5 weeks you will receive:

​

  • Customised training plans to do at home or the gym

  • Weekly check ins via text and call

  • Customised nutrition support

  • Support in lifestyle management i.e. fitting it all in!​

We will work together using a shared document to chart your progress and after 5 weeks you would have made tweaks to your daily habits that will leave you feeling stronger, calmer and ready for whatever comes your way!
