Other Personal Trainers working for KC Fitness
Katharine has teamed up with other Personal Trainers to help provide a wide-ranging service to the Tunbridge Wells area and surrounding villages. By being able to offer Personal Trainers with different skill sets and in different locations, it means we can help more people feel fitter and healthier. Bookings all go through KC Fitness but the consultation and ongoing programme will be run by the Personal Trainer.
Below you’ll find a list of Personal Trainers and a little bio about them. Have a chat with Katharine and she can match you with a Personal Trainer that would suit your personality, goals, availability.
If you or if you know of anyone that would like to be part of a team, please put them in touch with Katharine.

Angie has been working as a qualified nurse in the NHS for over 15 years, specialising on trauma and orthopaedics. Angie has qualified as a PT part time whilst working and is now ready to go full time with Personal Training.
Angie's passion for sport, fitness, health and well-being has extended back to my childhood where I played netball at County level, and continue to play within a local league. Angie has completed half marathons, triathlon, Tough Mudder and many more such mad events! She really enjoys team events and new challenges.
In her free time apart from enjoying my own training, she likes to spend time with her 4 year old son, Ollie, whether it be kayaking or open water swimming together. They're always on an adventure!
Angie says 'my passions as a personal trainer are those who are new to fitness, I enjoy so much seeing a person make physical changes but more importantly the confidence that grows within in them.
I believe that fitness, health and well-being should be fun and sustainable'.
