Katharine has teamed up with other Personal Trainers to help provide a wide-ranging service to the Tunbridge Wells area and surrounding villages. By being able to offer Personal Trainers with different skill sets and in different locations, it means we can help more people feel fitter and healthier. Bookings all go through KC Fitness but the consultation and ongoing programme will be run by the Personal Trainer.

Damian enjoys all aspects of fitness both at home and outdoors. A keen trail runner and home based exercise expert! 

 

Damian has 15 years experience working in the fitness industry as a Gym Instructor/Personal Trainer and Exercise Referral Instructor. This Exercise Referral qualification means Damian specialises in clients who may have conditions such as, Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder (COPD), Asthma, Obesity, mild to moderate mental health problems and Post Op patients recovering from hip/knee Surgery. 

Damian currently runs group exercise classes to help improve, Strength, Balance, Mobility and general conditioning for people of ages 50 plus.    

 

Additional qualifications: Exercise Referral Instructor, Functional and sport specific training, Pre and Post Natal Exercise and Exercise for older Adults.

Meet Annabelle, a true ambassador of outdoor exercise, you'll rarely find her indoors! I've known Annabelle for a few years now as she has been running my Paddock Wood Bootcamp sessions on Fridays and Saturdays. 

With a range of equipment, Annabelle will come to your home or outside space near you and put you through a well planned programme targeting all your needs.
